This seminar was very interesting to me. We talked a lot about forgiving and how far the 4 cardinal virtues really go. Those virtues are Prudence, Fortitude, Temperance, and Justice. Saul talked about how they are mainly in the eye of the beholder especially Justice. This means that making justice or maintaining it is really up to who is in charge. Someone could choose to start a war if they really wanted to.
Another thing we talked about was "wrongdoing is a consequence of ignorance". Most of us kept bringing up that if you do something bad you are mainly thinking of the benefits more than the consequences. We also thought that we would know that we were doing something wrong but it just wouldn't register as important.
